Professional Year Program
Professional Year Program is a structured professional development program which combines learning and work experience for international graduates from Australia. This program runs generally for 12 months and are currently available in the field of Accounting, IT and engineering.
Professional year program adds value to the students who whish to apply for permanent residency in Australia in future by providing extra five points on Department of Home Affairs points test. The Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) only recognizes Professional Year .

Program components :
The Professional Year Program is of minimum 44 weeks duration. It comprises of mainly 2 components:
Theoretical Component:
This involves workshops and seminars provided through accredited Education provider in Australia.
Practical Component:
This includes hand-on unpaid internship with a host company for 12 weeks.

Eligibility Criteria :
- International graduates aged between 18-45 who have obtained an Australian qualification as a result of at least 2 years of study in Australia in the Accounting, IT or Engineering field.
- Applicants must hold a Skilled Graduate Visa 485 and must have more than 10 months in hand or be waiting form 485 visa approved.
- Applicants must have an overall IELTS score of 6.
